(MZ21532) ; FP94/PRO DN015-65 servocontrol Ø50-70-100-130 ( MZ24857 ) : unscrew the nut (part.
n.16) and remove the plate (part. n.14), unscrew the ring nut (part. n.15). At this point all parts in the
intermediate body can be extracted in order to replace all the gaskets.
9. To reassemble, follow the above steps from point 8 to point 1. Remember to deliver air to the servocontrol
before tightening the body to the intermediate body and to insert the gasket (part. n.10) between these two
parts.
ATTENTION! Take great care when inserting the shaft into the intermediate body to avoid damage to the
gaskets. We recommend to insert the shaft a gentle twisting motion.
ATTENTION! When starting up pay attention that there is not leakage between body and servocontrol.
In case of leakage due to settlement of gaskets close the servocontrol to the body. This job must be done only
with air in the servocontrol (6 bar) to lift the plug from its seat and with cold temperature. Check again after few
working days.
