2.1 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CORRECT INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE "01FP - 02BP"
VALVES
ONLY USE FLUIDS WHICH ARE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL OF THE FOLLOWING MATERIALS:
AISI 316 STAINLESS STEEL VITON, BRONZE Rg5, PTFE AND ITS DERIVATIVES.
(contact the Manufacturer for information as to compatibility).
VALVE UNSUITABLE FOR FOODSTUFF FLUIDS
♦
The value of the maximum differential pressure under plug (∆P) and the value of the maximum working
temperature are indicated on the label placed on the valve's servo control.
♦
The filter must be connected to the line in such a way that the fluid runs in the direction indicated in the
diagram. (It is possible to use the valve in such a manner that the fluid runs in the opposite direction to the
one indicated in the diagram: in this case the Manufacturer must be contacted beforehand for instructions
and indications as to max PS).
♦
Servo control feeding pressure: 6-8 bar.
♦
The valve must be installed by competent and qualified personnel who carry out the assembly in a proper
and workmanlike manner.
♦
Incorrect installation and use not in conformity with the aforementioned requirements will result in the
Manufacturer's liability lapsing.
♦
Disassembly and reassembly of the valve must only be carried out after having received authorization and
specific instructions from the Manufacturer.
♦
Any disassembly during the guarantee period, which is not authorized by the Manufacturer will result in the
guarantee expiring.

2.2 ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION OF THE VALVE TYPE "01FP - 02BP"
(REFERENCE DRAWING MZ10200 and MZ21532 and MZ24857)
For valves according to ATEX, please refer to specific instructions before read the following.
ATTENTION! The following instruction must be done only by competent staff and with the cold valve.
Furthermore the system must not be in working condition and with pressure inside the valve.
1.
Deliver air to the servocontrol (6 bar) to lift the plug from its seat.
2.
Unscrew the ring nut (part. n.9) and remove the valve body (part. n.11).
3.
Cut off air from the servocontrol.
4.
Since the servocontrol contains a pre-tensioned spring (part. n.5), to avoid injury, unscrew the screw (part.
n.7) slowly and with the servocontrol mounted in a suitable vice, to progressively release spring tension.
5.
At this point the cylinder (part. n.1) can be removed.
6.
Unscrew the nuts (part. n.6/13) without ruin the surface of the shaft.
7.
Extract the plunger (part. n.2) from the shaft, then extract the shaft from the intermediate body (part. n.4).
8.
-"FP94-BP94" DN015-050 servocontrol Ø50 - Ø70 - Ø100 (MZ10200): unscrew the three nuts (part.n.8)
and remove the cylinder guide (part.n.3). at this point all parts in the intermediate body can be extracted in
order to replace all the gaskets.
