Proper use
The device is designed for processing blind rivets
using genuine Würth system accessories.
The charger is designed for charging Würth Li-
ion batteries (1.3 Ah/2.6 Ah) using a voltage of
14.4 V.
Any other use is considered improper use.
The user is liable for damage resulting
from improper use.
Start up (fig I)
Charger
Before starting the device, check that mains volt-
age and frequency correspond to the voltage and
frequency specified on the devices' type plate.
Charging the battery
Important
Remove the battery and unplug the
charger if you leave it unattended.
The battery and the charger heat up during
charging.
Plug in charger.

3 LED indicator [10] is lit green.
Insert battery [9] into the charging slot [11] as

far as it will go.

Note
Fast charging is only possible if the
temperature of the battery is between
0 and 40 °C.

The battery is fully charged. The
charger switches to conservation
charging mode immediately.

The battery is being charged

The battery temperature is out-
side the acceptable temperature
range.
Once the temperature is within
the acceptable temperature
range the charger switches to
fast charging mode automati-
cally.

Battery
Only use genuine Würth Li-ion
batteries.
Note
Charge the battery before putting it
into operation for the first time.
Note
Make sure the battery is properly
seated in the device before use.
If used properly, the battery can be recharged

up to 1,000 times.
Five charging / discharging cycles are required

for the battery to reach its full performance po-
tential. This also applies to batteries which have
not been used for an extended period of time.
Never discharge the battery completely.

Service life can be extended by regularly using
