After you complete the assembly of the SBC.
Then you shall assemble the transparent to lid
(1). Please lock up the movable leaf above the
rear panel (3).
Step 10
Open up the top lid and connect the positioning
chain.
Please connect the two ends of the chain with
the screw and nut as illustrated.
This prevents falling down of the top lid when it is
opened.
BEFOR OPERATING

Secure door and close the security locks outside the housing
•
Please read instructions before operation the blasting system.
•
Failure to follow these instructions could result in operator injury and damaged to the sand
blasting cabinet.
•
Clean dust collector and filters often and before each application
•
Check wear parts (e.g. nozzles, orifices and gloves)
•
Check abrasives. Abrasives wear out and need tob e replaced occasionally
•
Clean inside of cabinet
•
Avoid moisture in the air lines and abbrasive
•
Check door gaskets for leaks

Step9
Upon locking up the movable leaf.
Put the transparent top lid under the moveable
leaf to lock up the handle first. Then put item
(22) through the holes on the moveable leaf.
