Ensure that third parties (particularly children)
and animals are kept at a minimum distance
of approx. 5 m from the workplace.
Avoid striking the leaf blower against hard objects
which may damage the unit.
The leaf blower can also be used to clean
corners, fences, walls and wood.
Be careful at what and how you aim the leaf
blower nozzle, as heavy, hard objects could
be picked up and injure people or animals.
When switching on the leaf blower, ensure that
you are in a firm, upright position, hold the intake
opening of your leaf blower in front of you and
move slowly to blow the leaves together
or to blow them out of areas which are difficult
to access.
Keep the leaf blower, in particular its plastic
components, away from brake fluids, petrol,
petroleum products, penetrating oil, etc.
They contain chemical substances which may
damage, attack or destroy the plastic compo-
nents of the leaf blower.
Fertilisers and other garden chemicals contain
substances which may have a highly corrosive
effect on the metal parts of the leaf blower.
Therefore do not store your leaf blower near
these substances.
