6. DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
No Target Time - TIME will count up from 00:00 to maximum of 99:00 in
one-minute intervals.
TIME
With Target Time - TIME will count down from the selected value. Increase
the time in one-minute intervals between 5:00 to 99:00.
SPEED
Current training speed from 1.0 to a maximum of 18.0 km/h.
No Target Distance - DISTANCE will count up from 0.00 to a maximum of
99.5 km in 0.1 km intervals.
DISTANCE
With Target Distance - DISTANCE will count down from the selected value.
Increase the distance from 0.5 km to 99.5 km in 0.5 km intervals.
No Target Calories - CALORIES will count up from zero to a maximum of
995 in 1 cal. intervals.
CALORIES
With Target Calories - CALORIES will count down from the selected value.
Increase the calories in 5 cal. intervals from 10 to 995 calories.
Place your hand on the sensor and the console will detect your heart rate.
PULSE
When the monitor is measuring your heart rate, a HEART SYMBOL will
flash on the console.
7. FUNCTION BUTTONS
1.
MODE: press to confirm all settings and to enter exercise modes.
2.
Speed +: press to select a training mode and increase any value.
3.
Speed -: press to select a training mode and decrease any value.
4.
START/STOP: press to start or stop your workout.
POWER ON:
•
Plug the power cord in a grounded wall outlet. Please, make sure the mains voltage
matches the voltage input of the appliance. Make sure the "Safety Clip" is in the correct
position and inserted properly in the console.
QUICK WORKOUT:
•
The user can start a workout by pressing the "Quick Select" button for either Speed or
inclination.
•
There are 4 "Quick Select" buttons for both Speed and Inclination – 3 to 12 km/h for speed
options and 2 to 12% for Inclination options.
