Notes
During the first use, a light odour may arise from
7
the iron. This ceases after a couple of uses.
The "CLICK" sound you hear during ironing, is
7
because of the anti-drip feature of your appli-
ance. This is a normal sound.
In order to generate steam, the soleplate
7
of your iron has to rise to a certain level of tem-
perature. By means of the "anti-drip" feature of
your iron, water dripping from the soleplate
of the iron shall be prevented until the soleplate
attains the temperature required.
Your product is intended for use with tap
7
water. If your tap water is excessively limy, we
recommend using a mixture of tap water with
purified water. Prior to ironing for the first time
fill twice and vaporize. Meanwhile, use the
steam burst
frequently. In this way, both the
H
steam performance will improve and also the
dust particles which might have penetrated
through the steam channels will be cleaned up.
If water runs out during ironing, you can top
7
up water without waiting for the appliance to
cool down. But do not forget to unplug it before
topping up.
When spray does not squirt water, in order to
7
eliminate any possible blocking, close the spray
hole with your finger and press on the spray
button several times.
Caution
When your iron is filled with excessive water,
7
it may overflow. To avoid this, when you hold
your iron horizontally, make sure that the level
of water in the appliance does not exceed the
MAX. line.
