FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

Single axis knee joint with adjustable load-dependent brake mechanism
and an optional locking function. Adjustable spring extension
assist included.

INDICATION FOR USE

• For lower limb prosthetic fittings only.
• Upper weight limit: 125 kg (275 lbs.).
• For single speed limited community ambulator.
• The knee is not intended for use with hip disarticulation or
hemipelvectomy.
• Not intended for medium or high active users.
• Not suitable for users without residual limb control required to
activate and release stance brake.
• Bilateral amputees should not use the knee unless having one
side locked.
• A single use device. Clearance (Figure 1).
BENCH ALIGNMENT (Figure 2)
DO NOT compensate by putting a spacer into the knee tube adapter.
Doing so may compromise strength and voids the warranty (Figure 3).

LOCK FUNCTION

Using knee without lock function
To deactivate the locking function (Figure 4) pull the release cable, or lift
the lock piece and hold it while tightening the set screw. To activate the
manual lock again, unscrew the set screw.
Using the knee with lock function
To assemble the release cable (Figure 5 & 6)
