3. USER DATABASE
This function enables the remote controls which have been saved to the user database to be viewed and
searched for.
The window has 3 Areas:
Area 1: area for setting the search parameters;
Area 2: area for viewing the search results;
Area 3: available features.
Description of the search parameters in Area 1:
Customer name; Customer surname;
Brand: enables the remote control to be searched by brand;
Model: enables the remote control to be searched by model;
Date: enables the remote control to be searched by the date the task was saved;
The icon starts searching for remote controls according to the parameters that have been set;
The icon deletes any previously-set parameters.
Description of the search parameters in Area 2:
The features of the original remote controls are displayed in this area, such as: the brand, model, client code,
client first name, client surname, etc.
Description of the search parameters in Area 3:
This area displays the advanced function commands which are available:
Displays more information about the remote control;
Provides access to the advanced remote control copying features;
Deletes a remote control saved in the database;
Provides information about the remote control;
