• Ensure that the controller's battery is fully charged.
• Reset the controller if it does not work properly.
1. Press and hold the Windows button and turn off the power.
2. Open the battery cover and, while pressing the Bluetooth
• If your controller is not functioning correctly after the reset, take it,
the HMD, and your computer to a Samsung Service Center.
Light interference while wearing the HMD
• Light may be detected depending on the user's face shape. Attach
the HMD on your face using the head band adjustment wheel.

pairing button, press and hold the Windows button.
When you reset the controller, it will vibrate and the indicator
light will turn on.
You can reconnect and use the controller on your computer.
