Answer
The appliance may give off an unpleasant
smell or emit some smoke if it has operated
too long. Switch off the appliance and let it
cool down for 60 minutes before you switch
it on again. If the problem continues to occur,
please contact the Philips Consumer Care
Centre.
No, you have to let the ingredients cool
down to approximately 80°C before you can
process them with this appliance.
Cut ingredients into pieces not larger than
approx. 2cm.
Yes, the appliance may get damaged if you try
to process ingredients such as bones or fruit
with stones. However, it is possible to process
ingredients such as Parmesan cheese and
chocolate.
Ingredients may block the blades. Release the
on/off button, detach the motor unit and
remove the ingredients that block the blades.
