Selection of mode of powering
There are 2 types of power input for USB-502 one is self-power
mode and the other bus power mode. For self-power mode,
USB-502 will administer the low-fl ow ports with 5 V
(max) each.
For bus power mode, USB-502 will only administer 5 V
mA total between all ports.
In self-power mode, make sure that the power adaptor is
properly installed and that the adaptor's plug is inserted in the
