OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Plug the cord into an outlet, and flip the rocker switch to ON.
2. Temperature default is 177°C (350°F). To change the
temperature, press settings button to toggle from time to
temperature. Hold down the settings button for 3 seconds until
flashing. Use the + or – buttons to change the temperature.
Setting will be saved after 5 seconds. Use the + or – buttons to
change set desired time.
3. Timer defaults to 1 minute. To change the timer, hold down the
settings button for 3 seconds.
4. When the XPress is preheated to the set temperature, the unit

will beep and the ready light will illuminate. Preheating time will
take approximately 6 minutes depending on set temperature.
5. Pour batter onto middle of cooking surface and close the lid.
6. If using the timer, press start.
7. Timer will beep 5 times when cooking cycle is complete.
8. Use the provided spatula to fold crêpes. Do not use
sharp cooking utensils, as they could scratch the nonstick
cooking surface.
9. Repeat this process for additional crêpes.
Adjusting Settings
TEMPERATURE
To change the temperature, press settings button and then hold
down the settings button for 3 seconds, until flashing. Use the + or –
button to change the temperature.
TIMER
To change the timer, hold down the settings button for 3 seconds.
Use the + or – button to change the time.
