OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the instruction book carefully.
ASSEMBLY AND OPERATION
1. Connect the mini heat gun to the hub. (See Fig. A)
WARNING: Before operation, make sure the speed control button on the hub
is at the "Min" position. (See Fig. B)
2. Confirm the speed control button is set to "Min". Grasp the tool by the grip. Press the
on/off switch on the hub to start the machine. (See Fig. C)
Note: The air speed is fixed, and can not be adjusted by the speed control button on
the hub.
3. Fold down the trestle to keep the heat gun from burning surfaces. (See Fig. D)
Note: After usage, press the on/off switch on the hub to turn off the machine and
disconnect it from the hub. Keep the machine in an open environment with no objects
around to let the machine cool. (Shown as Fig. D)
Warning: The air temperature can reach 260°C (500 °F ) in seconds. Do not use
the heat gun more than 10 minutes continuously. Do not aim the nozzle at any
part of the body. The nozzle will get extremely hot and becomes a burn risk. Do not

touch the nozzle when hot. Do not use any object to cover the nozzle. Never operate the

heat gun while people, especially young children are nearby.
MAINTENANCE
Remove the battery pack from the tool before carrying out any adjustment,
servicing or maintenance.
Your tool requires no additional lubrication or maintenance.
There are no user serviceable parts in your power tool. Never use water or chemical
cleaners to clean your power tool. Wipe clean with a dry cloth. Always store your
power tool in a dry place. Keep the motor ventilation slots clean. Keep all working
controls free of dust. Occasionally you may see sparks through the ventilation slots.
This is normal and will not damage your power tool.
