Note: If the battery (5) has been stored away and has not been used for a long period of
time, it is possible that the battery charge indicator (6) will not be activated. This pro-
tects the battery (5) from deep discharge. Once the battery (5) is charged, the indicator
will be activated again. In this case, the charging time may increase.
The battery charge indicator (6) goes out a few minutes after the battery (5) has been
fully charged.
Note: If the battery charge indicator (6) is flashing white, the temperature is outside the
permitted ambient temperature range. The charging process begins automatically once
the permitted temperature range has been reached again. The battery charge indicator
(6) will flash green during the charging process.

Dust/Chip Extraction
Dust from materials such as lead-containing coatings, some wood types, minerals and
metal can be harmful to one's health. Touching or breathing-in the dust can cause allergic
reactions and/or lead to respiratory infections of the user or bystanders.
Certain dust, such as oak or beech dust, is considered carcinogenic, especially in con-
nection with wood-treatment additives (chromate, wood preservative). Materials con-
taining asbestos may only be worked by specialists.
– Provide for good ventilation of the working place.
– It is recommended to wear a P2 filter-class respirator.
