 The condensate drain (4) and the cooling water connections (1/(2) are always outside on the switch cabinet.
Cooling water connection
Requirements
- Air/ water heat exchanger is assembled and de-energized.
Required tools and material
- Installation tool,
threaded hose nozzle (accessory pack ᴓ12 mm), hose clamps

Procedure
 Mount threaded hose nozzles (5) onto the openings for the water outlet (2) and water inlet (1).
 Ensure that the correct flow direction has been observed, see information plates (6).
 Alternative connections, for example, complete plug systems of brass are possible.
 Attach pressure-resistant, elastic hoses (>10bar) and secure with hose clamps.
 Subsequently check all connections for a proper seal.
 Cooling water seal has been installed.
 Check water circulation regularly and protect against impurities and excess pressure, see
requirement.
