STEP 8: If a pre-inserted mounting nut is not
accessible, install Blind Fasteners as needed by
predrilling an 1/8" hole. Set the Blind Fastener
in the holes per the INSTALLATION INSTRUC-
TIONS FOR BLIND FASTENERS on page 8.
WEATHER GUARD strongly recommends
using the manufacturer provided mounting
nuts and not drilling additional holes in the
vehicle.
NOTE: Use pre-installed mounting points every-
where they are accessible.
STEP 9: Reposition the bulkhead and re-check
that it is level. Using the M8 bolts provided, mount
the floor mounting brackets to the van behind
the driver and passenger sears. Use spacers if
required for level fit.
NOTE: Use 1" Hole Saw or Sharp Knife to cut
clearance in vehicles equipped with a floor mat.
STEP 10A: Realign the Roof Mount
Brackets to their marked locations
and fasten them to the roof rib using
two (2) M8 bolts provided. Tighten
all fasteners that were left loose in
Step 5.
