LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranty applies to NIAGARA'S FLAPPERLESS™ products only.
1. (a) Except as provided in paragraph 1(b), NIAGARA warrants its vitreous china products to
be free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and service for the
lifetime of the product.
(b) NIAGARA warrants all parts to be free from manufacturing defects under normal use
and service for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase.
(c) This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
2. NIAGARA's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at NIAGARA's
option, of products or parts found to be defective, provided that such products were properly
installed and used in accordance with instructions. NIAGARA reserves the right to make such
inspections as may be necessary in order to determine the cause of the defect. NIAGARA will
not charge for labor or parts in connection with warranty repairs or replacements. NIAGARA is
not responsible for the cost or removal, return and/or reinstallation of products.
3. This warranty does not apply to the following:
(a) damage or loss sustained in a natural calamity such as fire, earthquake, flood, thunder,
electrical storms, etc.;
(b) damage or loss resulting from any unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or
improper maintenance of the product;
(c) damage or loss resulting from removal, improper repair, or modification of the product;
(d) damage or loss resulting from sediments or foreign matter contained in the water
system;
(e) damage or loss resulting from installation not in accordance with NIAGARA's
instructions or from installation of a unit in a harsh and/or hazardous environment;
(f) toilet seats of plastic, wood or metal.
4. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which vary from
state to state.
5. To obtain warranty repair service under this warranty, you must write directly to NIAGARA
CONSERVATION CORPORATION, 45 Horsehill Road, Cedar Knolls, New Jersey 07927, (800)
831-8383. If because of the size of the product or nature of the defect, the product cannot be
returned to NIAGARA, receipt by NIAGARA of written notice of the defect shall constitute
delivery. In such case, NIAGARA will, at its election and expense, either (i) repair the product at
the purchaser's location, (ii) transport the product to NIAGARA's facility, or (iii) send
replacement parts to the purchaser.
6. This written warranty is the only warranty made by NIAGARA. Repair or replacement as
provided under this warranty shall be the exclusive remedy available to the purchaser.
NIAGARA SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF THE PRODUCT OR FOR OTHER
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXPENSES INCURRED BY
THE PURCHASER OR FOR LABOR OR OTHER COSTS DUE TO INSTALLATION OR
REMOVAL, OR COSTS OF REPAIRS BY OTHERS, OR FOR ANY OTHER EXPENSES NOT
SPECIFICALLY STATED ABOVE. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE
LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR USE, ARE EXPRESSLY HEREBY DISCLAIMED. Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation and exclusion may not apply to you.
Flapperless™ toilets are supplied as a complete unit, including all components which are designed to
work in conjunction with each other, to give satisfactory service and reliability. Substitution with any
other parts or components not supplied by Niagara Flapperless™ could result in product failure,
potential flooding, a failure of the installation, and consequent water damage.
In cases where parts are substituted, Niagara Flapperless™ can not be held liable for any damages.
In order to have your new toilet provide the best performance, we assemble all of the components at
the factory. Each fill valve is designed to meet the highest code and flushing requirements.

Troubleshooting Guide

Problem
Possible Cause
Poor or sluggish flush
A. Water supply is blocked.
B. Water level is too low in dump bucket.
C. Water level in Flapperless™ dump bucket
is too low.
D. Water level in bowl is too low.
E. Water supply valve is partially closed.
F. Partially clogged trapway or drain.
G. Outlet is partially blocked by wax gasket.
H. Water inlet screen is clogged.
A. Water level in dump bucket is too high.
Fill valve does not
shut off
B. Sand or debris lodged in the valve.
C. Fill valve disk shut-off seal may need to
be replaced
Warning: Do not place toilet bowl cleaner tablets in the bottom of the toilet tank. The use
of the tablets in this manner may cause the bowl to clog.
Corrective Action
A. Shut off water supply, disconnect supply and
check water supply valve opening. (Valve is
located on wall or floor).
B. Adjust water level in dump bucket by turning
black screw on top of float arm counterclockwise
to raise the level. Water level must be on the
water line mark.
C. Refer to installation instructions (Step 8) to
adjust water level.
D. Check the refill reservoir inside bottom of tank to
ensure the drain hole is open.
E. Open supply valve.
F. Clear passage with plunger or auger. If you are
unable to clear blockage, please contact a
plumber.
G. Lift toilet and replace wax ring gasket
H. Shut off water supply valve; remove water inlet
filter screen from inside of the bottom of supply
pipe assembly; attach water supply tube and
turn water supply valve on.
A. Refer to installation instructions (Step 8) to adjust
the water level.
B. Shut off water supply valve; remove front cap
from the Fluidmaster™ valve by turning
counterclockwise; turn water supply on very
slowly and flush out the line.
C. Shut off water supply; remove the front cap from
the Fluidmaster™ valve and replace the rubber
seal disk (Fluidmaster™ Part No. 242 is
available at your local hardware store)
