Warning: Danger of fi re or electric shock
Do not immerse the power cord of the power plug in water or another liquid.
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed,
including the following:
• Read all instructions.
• The exterior of the Pizza Oven will become very hot during use. Do not touch hot sur-
faces. Use the knob to adjust the time. Do not store or place any other items on the
top of the Pizza Oven.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• To protect against electric shock, do not immerse cord, plug, or any parts of the Pizza
Oven in water or other liquids.
• Do not operate appliance with damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunc-
tions, or has been damaged in any manner. Contact the agency of the product bought,
for information on examination, for repair or for adjustment.
• The use of accessory attachments not recommended by the appliance manufacturer
may cause hazard or injury.
• Do not use outdoors.
• Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner.
• Do not let the cord hang over the edge of table or counter, or touch hot surfaces,
including the stove.
• When operating the Pizza Oven, keep at least four inches of space on all sides of the
Pizza Oven to allow for adequate air circulation.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting
on or taking off parts, and before cleaning.
• To disconnect, turn the Timer knob to "Off ", then remove the plug. Always hold the
plug, never pull the cord.
• Extreme caution must be used when moving an appliance containing hot oil or other
hot liquids.
• Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electri-
cal parts, creating a risk of electric shock.
• A fi re may occur if the Pizza Oven is covered, touching, or near fl ammable material,
including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like. During operation or before the Pizza
Oven cools down, do not store any items on the top of the Pizza Oven.
• Extreme caution should be used when using containers other than metal or glass.
• Do not store any materials, other than manufacturers recommended accessories in
the Pizza Oven when not in use.
• This appliance is off when the Timer at the "Off " position. When not in use, the Pizza
Oven should always remain unplugged from the wall outlet.
• Always wear protective, insulated mitts when inserting or removing items from the
