15. Troubleshooting

If the product malfunctions, please check fi rst if you can remedy the problem yourself with
the help of the following hints.
Never try to repair the product yourself. Please contact our Service Centre or a professional
repair shop if a repair is necessary.
Problem
There is no sound co-
ming from the radio.
There is interference
with the radio recep-
tion.
Cause
The volume is too low.
The station setting has been
accidentally moved.
The aerial signal is too weak.
Interference from electrical
equipment.
Remedy
Increase the volume.
Tune the station in again.
FM: Change the position of the
aerial.
AM: Turn the product or move it
to a diff erent location.
