1. Description / Applications
You have just purchased a high quality product by
Renfert. In order to be able to enjoy your high perfor-
mance compressed air filter for a long time to come,
please follow the instructions below.
The high performance compressed air filter should
keep the compressed air free from condensation, oil
residue and other dirt. Only clean compressed air can
guarantee trouble free operation and an extended
durability of the connected blasting units.

2. Hazard Information

2.1
Employed Symbols
The following symbols are used in both these instruc-
tions as well as on the unit itself:

Failure to observe this information may
result in damage to the unit.

Hazard Information
• Make sure the filter containers do not come
into contact with diluting agents, trichloride,
kerosene or other aromatic carbon hydrides
(solvents, etc. can damage or even destroy the
seals and viewing windows).

• Use only neutral cleaners for cleaning.
• Check container during every maintenance
period.
• Containers showing signs of mechanical dam-
age must be replaced by new containers.
• Suitable only for use in compressed air sys-
tems. Do not use if the pressure and tempera-
ture exceed the values indicated in the techni-
cal data.
• Disposal of damaged components as per regu-
lations.

Liability Exclusion

Renfert GmbH shall be absolved from all claims for
damages or warranty if:
• The product is employed for any purposes
other than those cited in the operating instruc-
tions;
• The product is altered in any way other than
those alterations described in the operating
instructions;
• The product is repaired by other than an au-
thorized facility or if any but Renfert OEM parts
are employed;
• The product continues to be employed, de-
spite obvious safety faults;
• The product is exposed to mechanical shocks
or is being dropped.
