PROBLEMS
No green and red lights

CAUSES
No power source.
The clamps or battery terminals
are dirty.
The battery is not 12V.
Defective battery, deeply
discharged, unable to take charge.
The battery voltage is below 5V.
The clamps are not well
connected.
SOLUTIONS
The battery is not properly
connected to the charger. Check
the battery, and the connections.
Check the terminals and clamps
and clean if necessary.
Check that the battery is 12V.
(This charger is not suitable for 6
or 24v)
If the red light stays on after 20
hours charge, replace the
battery.
Replace the battery.
Check the connections.
