9. Position the cheese holder horizontally again and swivel the swivel arm under the
heating element again. If necessary, reduce the distance to the heating element to
melt the next layer of cheese.
10. After use, set the temperature control to the lowest setting. Unplug the appliance
from the wall outlet and allow it to cool completely on the table before cleaning
and storing.
Note: For uniform results and easy cheese scraping, you can cut the edge of
the cheese with the serrated side of the scraper, if necessary. Do not operate the
appliance for long periods without food. Switch it off during longer breaks and on
again if necessary.

CLEANING AND CARE
