OPERATION
Clean the grill plate and wok pans with a damp cloth before using them for the first time.
When switched on for the first time, the wok grill can smell and emit some smoke. This is
normal, the fat that may have stuck to the element during production burns. We therefore
recommend that you heat the wok grill for approx. 10 minutes without food and ventilate
the room well during this time. Warm up your appliance to the highest level for 10
minutes before use.
Wok
Place the wok grill in the middle of the table. Cut the meat and vegetables into small
pieces. This will shorten the cooking time.
Note: Serve the raw meat on a plate or wooden board. Serve the vegetables on a
separate plate.
Your guests can then choose at will and grill in their wok pans. You can fry all kinds of
food in the wok pans, including eggs or potatoes. Serve the grilled meat with various
sauces, salad or French baguette.
Bake/Grill
If you are not using the wok pans, you can use the round cut-outs for the pans to fry
eggs or pancakes directly on the grill plate. You can also grill larger pieces of meat on
them.
