The R-080022, is a practical electro-vibrator unit
specially designed for compacting materials for the
jewellery and dental mechanics sectors.
NOTE: Carefully read this manual. It contains
important safety information in the installation,
use and maintenance. If the equipment is used
in a manner not specified by the manufacturer,
the security provided by the equipment may be
compromised.

Installation
Environmental conditions:
 Use indoors only.

Environmental temperature: 5-40 ºC [41-104 ºF]

Max. relative humidity: 0-95 %
 Degrees of protection: IP20
1. Place the unit on a smooth, firm, perfectly
horizontal surface. Try not to install near to other
devices, vibrations could be transmitted. If you do
not have a surface like that, you can place the unit
on a cloth or foamy material.
2. Connect the plug to a 230 V, 50/60 Hz earthed
power outlet.
3. Place the device so that it is easy to use the
disconnecting device (main switch).

4. Unscrew from the lateral housing and screw it in
the upper hole in the vibration platform (B).
Platform and pouring ball use
 Place the cylinder or items to be vibrated on the unit's
vibration platform (B). In the case of impression
bowls, the mixture can also be compacted by resting
the bowl firmly on the edge of the unit and holding
down the bowl handle with your hand.
 When the mixture is not fluid, the pouring ball can be
useful. Lay the bowl on the ball to transmit vibration
to the mixture.
