16. Replace the aerator

16.1 Remove the aerator, using an open-ended wrench.
16.2 Replace the aerator.

17. Replace the mixer insert

17.1 Close the water supply.
17.2 Disconnect the fitting.
17.3 Remove the stopper (a), using a screwdriver.
17.4 Loosen the grub screw (b) and remove it from the adapter (c), using a hexagonal
wrench.
17.5 Remove the lever cap (d).
17.6 Remove the housing cover (e), using a special wrench (f, see chapter 19.).
17.7 Loosen the threaded ring (h), using an open-ended wrench.
17.8 Replace the mixer insert (g).
17.9 Tighten the threaded ring to a torque of 8 Nm, using an open-ended wrench.
17.10 Set the temperature limits (see chapter 12.).
