15. Maintenance and care

The tap must be checked and maintained at regular intervals, depending on the
water quality and in accordance with the local conditions and rules and regulations
applicable at the site.
Use suitable cleaning agents which do not attack the tap in a proper manner and
rinse with water after use. High-pressure cleaners must not be used for cleaning.

16. Replace the battery

16.1 Fold the front cover down (see
16.2 Remove the battery compartment from the sensor.
16.3 Remove the cover.
16.4 Replace the battery (a).
Caution!
Note the installation position of the battery.
16.5 Reassemble in reverse order.

17. Replace the sensor

17.1 Fold the front cover (c) down (see
17.2 Remove the battery compartment or the power pack from the sensor.
17.3 Remove the sensor (a) from the solenoid valve cartridges (b).
17.4 Loosen the cable screws (d).
17.5 Remove the sensor (a) from the housing.
17.6 Clean the adhesive surface.
17.7 Glue the new sensor in place.

Important!
The solenoid valve cartridges must be connected before the power supply is
connected.
