delivering the product to the warranty service engineers, it is your responsibility to make a
backup copy of the contents on a separate media, remove all personal data and information
you wish to protect and disable any security passwords.
All product contents will be deleted and the storage directories will be reformatted
during the warranty service operations.
The product or replacement product will be delivered to the consumer with the default
settings with which it was originally purchased, subject to applicable software updates. As
part of the warranty service operations, i'm S.p.A. may install software updates that prevent
the hardware from using all previous versions of the software system. Third party applications
installed on the hardware may no longer be compatible and not work on the hardware after
updating the system software. The consumer will be responsible for reinstalling all software
programmes, data and passwords. Recovery and reinstallation of software programs and
user data are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
