a new or reconditioned product equivalent to a new product in terms of functionality and
reliability, and whose performance is at least equivalent to that of the original product, or (3)
refund the purchase price of the product.
i'm S.p.A. reserves the right to request you replace faulty parts yourself, with new or
reconditioned user-installable parts supplied by i'm S.p.A., in accordance with its warranty
obligations.
i'm S.p.A. guarantees the products or parts for ninety (90) days from the replacement or
repair date or the remaining warranty term of the original product, whichever is the longest
period.
After replacement, the replacement product or part becomes your property and the
replaced part becomes the property of i'm S.p.A. The parts supplied by i'm S.p.A. in ful lment
of its warranty obligation must be used in the product for which the warranty service was
requested. When a refund is agreed, the product for which the refund was granted must be
returned to i'm S.p.A. and becomes the property of i'm S.p.A.
EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
To the extent permitted by law, this warranty and aforementioned remedies are exclusive
and replace all other verbal or written legal, express or implied warranties, remedies and
conditions.
To the extent permitted by applicable laws, i'm S.p.A. speci cally disclaims any warranty
or implied law, including, but not limited to, warranties concerning the marketability and
suitability for particular purposes and for latent or hidden defects.
Should applicable laws not allow i'm S.p.A. to deny such legal or implied warranties,
the duration shall be intended as that granted by law, limited to the duration of this
express warranty and repair and replacement service provided by i'm S.p.A. at its sole
discretion. As certain countries, regions and provinces do not allow time limitations
on implied warrantees or conditions, the foregoing limitations and exclusions may not
apply.
No i'm S.p.A. dealers, agents or employees are permitted to make modi cations, extensions
or additions to this warranty. Should any provisions of this warranty be declared invalid, void
or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be entirely valid and e ective.
