i'm S.p.A. LIMITED YEARLY WARRANTY
For "i'm Watch" branded products only
CONSUMER RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS
For consumers who bene t from speci c consumer protection rules or regulations in the
country of purchase, or, if di erent, their country of residence, the bene ts conferred
by this warranty shall be considered supplementary to the rights and privileges
foreseen by such consumer protection laws and regulations. However, as illustrated in
detail below, according to the applicable laws in force, i'm S.p.A. disclaims and excludes
all legal or implied warranty or guarantee; if such warranties cannot be denied, the
duration of the same, to the extent allowed by law, shall be intended as limited to the
duration of this implied warranty and the repair and replacement service o ered by
i'm S.p.A. at its sole discretion. As certain countries, regions and provinces do not allow
time limitations on implied warrantees or conditions, the foregoing limitations and
exclusions may not apply. This limited warranty is regulated by the laws in the country
where you purchased your product.
i'm S.p.A., i.e. the entity that provides this Limited Warranty, is identi ed at the end
of this document according to the country or region in which you purchased your
product.
WARRANTY
The obligations pursuant to the warranty granted by i'm S.p.A. for its hardware product
are limited to these conditions. i'm S.p.A. guarantees that under normal conditions of use,
this i'm Watch branded hardware product shall remain free from defects in material and
workmanship for ONE (1) YEAR, unless otherwise required by law in the country the device
is marketed, from the date of purchase by the end user ("Warranty Period").
Should a hardware defect arise and a valid claim is submitted within the Warranty Period, i'm
S.p.A., at its own discretion and to the extent permitted by applicable laws, undertakes to
(1) solve the hardware defect free of charge using new components or reconditioned parts
equivalent to new parts in terms of functionality and reliability, (2) replace the product with
