INSTRUCTIONS
•
Use the non-stick pot to sear the meat/vegetables, or fill the pot up with the required ingredients
and some liquid right from the start.
•
For a pot of diameter 20 cm add at least 0.2 l of liquid, for diameter 24 cm approx. 0.3 l of
liquid or a little oil.
•
Only fill to the halfway mark if using foods that expand during cooking. For any other foods the
maximum is 2/3 of the pot.
•
To close the lid, press the red buttons on the left and right of the handle on the lid at the same
time, and apply light pressure once in place on the pot. Make sure the two clamps can lock into
the grooves on the pot. Now release the buttons. The pot now has an airtight seal.
•
Put your hob on the highest setting. As soon as the food starts to cook, steam escapes from
the valve.
•
Reduce the temperature. The valve should only be half visible and only a little steam should
escape.
•
You can open the lid at any point to season your food or add ingredients/liquid. To do this, apply
light pressure whilst pressing the red buttons on the left and right of the handle on the lid at the
same time. After that the lid is easy to remove.
•
A little steam will always escape through the valve, and even some liquid depending on the food.
This liquid can be collected using the silicon cover provided.
