•
Ensure that the crumb tray is in the toaster. Do
not use the toaster without the crumb tray

Place 1 or 2 slices into the slots (one in each slot)
•
Never close the toaster opening by placing a
slice of bread flat on it or by placing a roll on it.
Use the roll rack for this
•
Select the desired browning degree. Start with
the middle setting. The first slice(s) will not be
as brown as the next ones, since the toaster
must warm up first. Press the 'defrost' button for
bread from the freezer

Press the bread lifting device downwards. It will
only remain in the downward position when the
appliance is plugged in
•
The bread lifting device will pop up once the

If your toast gets cold, you can reheat it by
returning your toast to the toaster and pressing
the 'reheat' button.
ROLL RACK

Place the roll rack on the toaster. Place a roll or
some French bread on it, for instance
•
Set the toasting time and press the bread lifting
device downwards
•
Once the roll is toasted to your liking, remove it
from the rack using food tongs. Press the stop
button if the toaster has not yet stopped by itself.
•
Be careful when moving the roll rack, because
it gets hot. Only touch the roll rack using the
