Important: whenever you switch OFF the motor, the cutting device continues to
turn for a few seconds.
6. USE WARNINGS
Important: to ensure safe, correct use, the trimmer must be used complete
with all its components.
See Figure 5.
Follow these steps to operate the trimmer.
1. Plug the trimmer cord into an extension cord
approved for outdoor use.
2. Hold the trimmer with your right hand on the
trigger handle and your left hand on the front
handle.
Note: Keep a .rm grip with both hands during
operation.
3. Place the trimmer on the right side of your body
with the engine behind and away from your body.
4. Press the trigger to start the trimmer.
5. Trim grass and weeds in a right-to-left motion
with the line parallel to the ground.
CUTTING TIPS
• Inspect and clear the area to be trimmed for
any rocks, broken glass, or wire that could be
thrown or become entangled in the cutting line.
• Trim only when grass or weeds are dry.
• Move the trimmer slowly in and out of the area
you are cutting, keeping the trimmer at the desired cutting height.
• Keep children out of the way. Do not use the appliance when other people are present
especially children or pets. Other people (children) or animals must not be within a 15 metre
radius, because the mowing head's rotation could project stones or similar objects around.
• The trimmer is not suitable for mowing large zones.
Important: To use the tool correctly, carefully read the warnings on safe
use.
