Ensure that the 3G4000W meets the following requirements:
- Designate a zone input as a panel arm state. For more information, see the control panel's
Reference Manual.
- The zone input connects to an output on the security panel that follows the system's armed
status.
Note: The output indicates the current status of the defined 3G4000W zone input and
represents the arm or disarm status of the system.

Use a mobile phone to send an SMS text message to the panel. Enter status request and
your user code. For example, status request 1234.
The 3G4000W responds by sending an SMS message to the end user's mobile phone that
states that the system is Armed or Disarmed.

You can request help if you do not know what SMS commands to send to perform various func-
tions. To request help, complete the following step:

Use a mobile phone to send an SMS text message to the panel. Enter help. For example, help.
Note: You do not need to include an access code in the SMS text message.
Programmable options and configuration
Signature Graphic Tab: Status Green
The DLS account for 3G4000W supports a continuous upload of the communicator's status. When
the DLS has an open connection, select this option to view real-time status updates.
The following statuses are available for upload:
Communicator ID (SIM Number): The 19-21 digit SIM number displays.
IMEI: The IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) is a 15 digit identifier for the radio
module that is used with the device.
Radio Type: The radio type that is always used with 3G4000W is UE910-GL.
Radio Reset Codes: The product tracks a number of 2 digit values that can be used by Technical
Support to determine why a radio reset has occurred.
Current Receiver Number: This field indicates which of the 4 receivers the communicator is
currently using for alarm communications.
Radio Manufacturer ID: The radio manufacturer for 3G4000W indicates as Telit.
Cellular Tower ID: This is an identifier used by Telecom companies to determine which cellular
tower on the network the communicator is attached to.
Firmware Version: This is the firmware version of the application software. For example: v5.05.
Radio Firmware Version: This is the firmware version of the radio module. For example: 12.00.459.
Receiver 1 Initialization Status: This status shows if the product is programmed to communicate
to Receiver 1 and if the product is in the process of initializing the central station receiver for the
account, if the initialization step has failed, or if the receiver was successfully initialized.
