Solution approach
The temperature setting is too high or another level
could be used. Check whether your settings match the
specifications in the recipe.
The surface finish or the color or material of the baking
utensils used was not the best choice for the oven
function you selected. For example, use matt, dark and
lightweight ovenware for the "top and bottom heat"
heating mode.
The lamp must be replaced.
