Optional Use
Simply clamp the holder for mobile de-
vices (16) onto the top of the exercise de-
vice (Fig. A). Make sure that the belt (5) is
not jammed. The holder has to be positi-
oned under the belt!
Fit the mobile device into the holder and
use the fl exible neck to set the desired po-
sition.
IMPORTANT: Make sure that the mobile
device is fi rmly fi xed in the holder.

Use

PLEASE NOTE!
Before every use check all parts for
tight fi t and wear and tear.
During the workout you should wear
loose, comfortable clothing and non-
slip sports shoes. Do not wear long or
baggy shirts that could get caught in
the pulleys.
Warm up suffi ciently before using the
exercise device.
Do not leave the exercise device
unattended in the presence of children
and animals.
We expressly point out that improper
use of the exercise device and exces-
sive workouts may result in damage
to health.
Wood is a natural product that can
make noises during training. This
usually disappears after some
time.
1. Setting the device up (see the "Po-
sitioning the Device" – "Setting the
Device up for Use" chapter).
2. Set the training computer (3) to the
desired position. Make sure that the
handle (2) and the training computer
don't come into contact during the
workout.

3. Press the ON / OFF button for approx.
3 seconds to switch on the training
computer.
4. Select the desired display on the train-
ing computer (see chapter "Functions
of the Training Computer").
Adjusting the foot plate to the cor-
rect size
To change the length of the footrests (13),
remove them from the studs, pull or push
them to the desired length and press
them back on the studs.
The feet should be positioned in the foot-
rests so that the straps (12) are above the
instep and a little below the toes.
The right rowing technique
The right technique is essential for suc-
cessful exercise with the rowing machine.
Rowing is a whole body workout, which
primarily exercises the leg, back and arm
muscles. If these muscle groups are exer-
cised in the correct order, a supple, fl uid
movement is created.
The most important point in the en-
tire workout: always keep your back
straight!
The correct rowing technique is divided
into two diff erent phases.
The pull phase
Starting position: your arms are shoul-
der-wide and stretched out, hands relaxed
around the handle (2), slightly bent
forward, back straight and knees bent
(Fig. D).
You start the pull phase by pressing your
feet against the footrest (11) until your
legs are stretched out. Your back should
remain straight with the abdominal mus-
cles tensed. Then lean back (Fig. E).
Final pull position: your legs are
stretched out, your upper body bent
slightly backwards, and you pull your
arms towards your body until your elbows
