Positioning the Device
PLEASE NOTE!
■
Always place the device on a dry, fl at,
stable and non-slip surface. Delicate
fl oor coverings should be protected
with a non-slip mat or similar.
■
Some parts of the device are greased
or oiled. While moving the device do
not touch the pulleys / shafts.
Depending on your height, leave enough
space on all sides of the exercise device
(at least 1 metre to the sides, 2 metres
above it), so that there is enough room to
move during training (Fig. B). In addition,
the clearance space needs to be at least
0.6 m larger than the exercise area in the
direction from which the exercise device
is accessed. There must be enough
clearance space to enable the user to get
off the device quickly in an emergency.
If items of exercise device are set up in
close proximity to each other, they can
share the clearance space.
Setting the Device up for Use
1. When the exercise device is in an
upright position, press with one foot
down against the lower crossbar (10),
simultaneously gripping the upper
crossbar (15) with your hands and
pulling the exercise device towards
you.
If the exercise device is in its "normal"
(horizontal) position, grasp the upper
crossbar and raise the exercise device
a little.
2. Using the castors (9), the exercise de-
vice can now be pushed to the desired
location.
3. Setting up the Exercise Device. Make
sure that there is enough space
around the exercise device so that you
can't bump into walls, furniture, etc.
during the workout.

the mounting (4).
Putting the Exercise Device away
1. Insert the handle (2) into the mount-
ing(4).
2. If necessary, press the training com-
puter (3) slightly backwards to ensure
that the handle in the mounting does
not press against the training comput-
er.
3. Push the seat (1) completely towards
the foot plate (11).
4. Grasp the exercise device by the up-
per crossbar (15) and pull it carefully
upwards.
5. Use the castors (9) to push it to the
desired position. Make sure that there
is enough space behind the exercise
device to set it upright.
6. Pull or push the exercise device
upwards by the rear crossbar until
it stands upright by itself. For safety
reasons, press lightly with your foot
against the lower crossbar (10).
7. Check that the device is positioned
securely.
Filling the Water Tank
PLEASE NOTE!
■
When fi lling the tank you should place
the exercise device on a level, solid,
water-resistant surface and/or place
a towel underneath it to catch any
splashes.
■
Do not fi ll the water tank with water
above the maximum fi lling level (see
line on the water tank), otherwise
water could spill when the exercise
device is set up.
1. Fill a bucket with water.
2. Remove the water tank plug (7) from
the water tank (8).
