Place pump securely in minimum 18 in. x 30 in. basin on a solid
surface such as a cement block.

Add water to basin to test operation. Pump should turn on and off at
these approximate levels.

Drill a 3/16 in. hole in the discharge pipe, level with the top of pump.
Pumps have a vent located in the pump, but an additional vent hole
is recommeded.Connect 2 in. discharge pipe with vent hole, union,
check valve and gate valve to main waste line.
