· Always keep the bicycle charge point cover closed when
the charger is not connected.
· Do not introduce metallic object into the battery pins or
the charging port.
· Do not allow the battery charger to get wet or use it while
it is wet. Do not hod, the charger with wet hand to avoid
electric shocks.
· Do not use the charger when it is covered with a cloth or
other material.
· Do not touch the metallic parts of the batteries or ther
charger to avoid electric shocks.
· Do not use the charger to charge the battery outdoors
or in environments with high humidity. Avoid exposure
to rain or wind.
· Do not hold the charger by its cable when carrying it and
avoid wrapping the cable around the main body of the
charger when storing it.
· Do not pedal or perform any kind of battery discharging
operation while the charger is connected.
· Always remove the Range Extender from the bicycle
before wasdhing it with water or any other liquid.
· Wait for an hour if you would like to charge the battery
after riding. The battery temperature might be too high.
· It is recommend to charge the battery in an area with a
smoke detector.
· It is not recommended to have the battery connected
permanently to the charger to avoid damage to the bat-
tery in case the charging cut off circuit fails.

RECYCLE
· Battery packs, accessories and packaging should be sor-
ted for environmental-friendly recycling.
· Lithium ion batteries are recyclable, valuable resources.
For information on used batteries, enquire your local
authorities. Consult Orbea or the bicycle dealer if unclear.
· The battery may not be disposed of as household was-
te. It would be accepted at the point of sale and duly
disposed of.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
· Charge the battery at least every 3 months to approxi-
mately 70% of its capacity, even when the bicycle is not
in use.
· Products are not guaranteed against natural wear and
deterioration from normal use and aging.
· The life of the battery will vary depending on factors
such as the storage method, the usage conditions, the
surrounding environment and the characteristics of
the individual battery.
· If the battery has become completely empty, charge it as
soon as possible. If the battery is left uncharged, it may
cause the battery to deteriorate and become unusable.
· Please do not disassemble the battery or other related
parts, including labels. It may cause the battery lo lose
its warranty.

CHARGE INDICATORS
· If a battery is not used for two hours, it will power itself
down automatically.
BATTERY CHARGE LEVEL INDICATIONS
1. During use or when the battery is not being charged.
Hold the battery main button for 1 second. The LED indi-
cators will show the battery level in 25% increments.
