Fill reservoir with water-glycol mixture until the maximum level is reached. (water quality and treatment should be
established according to the application specifications)
•
Establish main power feed and alarm cable with customer's equipment. When units are provided without power and alarm
cables (or industrial connectors), cable on terminal blocks into the electrical box, according to the e-plan enclosed with the
unit.
•
CHILLER with pump: Switch to "On" position the main power switch and circuit breaker for the pump (pumps). All other
circuit breakers must stay in the "Off" position.
•
CHILLER with pump: Main switch should be switched to the - l - (on) position and, for 3 phase version the pump (pumps)
should be checked for the correct rotation. (Please note that there is an arrow located at the back part of the pump for
direction indication). Reverse two phases R-S-T on the terminal board of the electrical box in case of incorrect rotation to
restablish the correct phase sequence. On chiller with phase check relay the control is automatic.
