CONTROL KNOBS
• Timer selector
Turn the selector to the right (clockwise) and the oven will switch off automatically
after the selected time has elapsed, an acoustic beep will be emitted.
• Temperature indicator light
It stays on until the set temperature is reached. It turns off once the set temperature has been
reached. Once turned off, the oven is ready for cooking. It is recommended that the food is
inserted once the indicator light switches off.
• Grill
It is used for roasting, baking, and cooking in general, in casseroles and standard pans.
• Drip Pan
For grilling and roasting meat, poultry, fish, and various other foods.
• Rotisserie
The rotisserie function is used for mounting the food on the supplied accessory roasting spit
for even cooking
OPERATION
> Use food trays and casseroles suitable for oven use.
> Close the oven door.
> Select the required temperature with the temperature knob.
> Select the appropriate cooking time and turn on the oven.
> Make sure you turn the timer selector knob to "0" to turn off the oven when the cooking time
has elapsed.
NOTE: All the cooking times are based on non-frozen meat. Frozen meat can take much longer.
Therefore, the use of a meat thermometer is recommended.
POWER ON/OFF
• To switch on the oven, turn the TIMER knob to a position other than "O".
The indicator light will come on until the required temperature is reached.
• To switch off the oven, turn the TIMER knob to "O". The temperature indicator light, if previously
on, will go off.
DANGER: Use only cooking materials recommended by the manufacturer, such
as metal containers or heat-resistant glassware. Never use containers or utensils
made of paper, cardboard, plastic or other flammable materials.
DANGER: At the end of the cooking cycle, always use protective gloves to safely remove the
food from the oven.
WARMING
WARNING: The warming function, useful for keeping cooked food warm,
should not be prolonged beyond 20 minutes. After this limit, the food can dry out excessively
and burn. The drip pan must be in the central position.
