IMPORTANT SAFETY WARNINGS
When using the electric oven, you must observe all of the
following precautions:
Carefully read all the instructions before you start using it.
• This device can be used by children aged 8
and older and by persons with reduced physical, sensory
ormental abilities or lack of experience and knowledge, if
they are assured of adequate supervision or if they have
received comprehensive instructions about the safe use
of the appliance and that they have understood the
related dangers.
• Children must not play with the appliance.
• Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed
by children unless they have more than 8 years of age
and are under supervision.
• Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children
under 8 years.
• The device should not be operated by means of an
external timer or with a separate remote control system.
• To avoid burns, never directly touch the appliance: use the appropriate
controls and the handle for opening the oven door.
• To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the power cord,
the power plug or any other part of the appliance in water or other liquids.
• When the oven is used by children or in their presence, constant
and alert adult supervision is required.
• When not using the oven and before any cleaning, always disconnect the
plug from the electrical outlet and wait until it has cooled completely.
• Never use the oven in the event of damage to the power cord and/or
to the plug, or malfunction due to falls, shocks or other accidents. For a
functional check, a tune-up or repair of the appliance, contact an authorised
Service Centre.
• The use of accessories not unauthorised by the manufacturer may cause
fire or serious personal injury.
• Do not use outdoors or in particularly damp places.
• Do not let the power cord protrude or hang from the table or from the
shelf on which the oven is resting. Do not put the power cord near
hot surfaces.
