9.7 The RFID module with height adjustment
RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification of objects) refers to a technology for transmitter/receiver systems.
RFID makes it possible to link logical information to the physical environment so that objects can carry
information around of their own accord and exchange it autonomously with their environment.
The RFID system consists of a transponder (RFID tag) on or in the object, a writing and reading head for
reading and writing on the transponder and a gateway to enable communication between the writing and
reading head and the station.

The module consists of a read/write head, an optical
proximity switch, a compact cylinder, a pneumatic
valve and a pressure control valve.
The module is connected to a connection of an RFID
