PROBLEM
No carbonation.
Slight carbonation.
It is difficult to remove
the water bottle from the

PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
• Check if CO carbonator* is empty. Use a brand new carbonator*.

• Carbonator* is too cold. Wait until carbonator* reaches room temperature.
• Water is too warm. Use 33°–42°F (0.5°–5.5°C) very cold water.
• Check to see if CO carbonator* is properly installed into the receptacle. If not, carbonation button

will not activate CO carbonator* to release carbonation.

• CO is not mixed well with water. Allow 10 seconds after CO
2
mixing.
• CO carbonator* is empty. Change the CO 2
• Carbonator* is too cold. Wait until carbonator* reaches room temperature.
• Water is too warm. Use 33°–42°F (0.5°–5.5°C) very cold water.
• Press on the carbonation button for a longer period of time.
• The excess CO has not been released. Press the pressure-release button until all of the excess
