Use the setscrew to align the adjustable contact roller par-
allel to the fixed contact roller. Press the spring loaded
head piece flat against a firm surface. Centre the grinding
belt over the contact rollers. The grinding belt is under
tension as soon as the pressure is removed from the head
piece. These instructions also apply when you detach the
grinding belt.

Grinding belts can move in any direction without warning.
Too great a pressure reduces machine efficiency and the
grinding belt's useful life. Adjust the belt run at the smal-
lest speed. The grinding belt must run over the centre of
the contact roller. Replace a poor running grinding belt.
