ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Please Note: Do not plug the machine in before following these steps.
SECURING THE SANDER TO A STABLE SURFACE
The sander must be secured to a stable surface before using either C Clamps (not
included) or bolts (not included) using the mounting holes.
For the bolts:
1. Place the sander in the desired location on a stable surface or workbench.
2. Use the mounting holes located at the sander base as a template to mark two drill holes
in the workbench.
3. Remove the sander and drill two 9.5mm holes through the stable surface or workbench.
4. Align the sander base over the two holes in the stable surface or workbench and secure
the sander to the surface or workbench using two 9.5mm bolts and nuts (not included).
MOUNTING THE SANDPAPER DISC AND DISC GUARD
1. Align the perimeter of the Sandpaper Disc against the metal disc. When aligned, press
the Sandpaper Disc firmly onto the metal disc.
2. Position the Disc Guard over the lower half of the disc.
3. Using two Pan Head Screws, screw in the Disc Guard.
