MAINTENANCE

Please Note: Make sure the ON/OFF switch is in the OFF position, the Switch Key is
removed and the machine is unplugged from the mains before undertaking any kind of
maintenance work.

BEFORE EACH USE

1. Inspect the general condition of the machine.
2. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or broken parts and a
damaged electrical cable.
Please Note: If the sander does have a fault, this needs to be fixed before using.

AFTER EACH USE

We recommend using compressed air to remove dust and debris from the sander and
the motor.
AFTER EACH 10 HOURS OF USE
Oil the Sleeve Bearings with 30W oil:
1. Release the belt tension by sliding the Tension
Lever to the right.
2. Move the Sanding Belt slightly to the right or left
of the Idler Drum to expose the oval-shaped oiling
hole.
3. Apply only two or three drops of oil in the left and
right oiling holes.
4. Readjust the belt tracking as previously discussed.
