TROUBLESHOOTING OVERVIEW

PROBLEM
There is no light on the re-
mote control.
When the power is been re-
moved from the hood, the
connection between
hood and the remote control
is lost.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
There are no batteries in the
remote control.
The batteries are out of
power.
The remote
switched off.
The remote control has gone
into standby.
When the power is connect-
ed to the hood, it is ready to
the be paired with any type of
radio-controlled device, e.g.
alarm systems, door bells
etc. The hood will therefore
connect to any product that
uses the same frequency
range within the first 8 sec-
onds of the power being con-
nected.
SOLUTION
Insert batteries in the re-
mote control.
Replace the batteries.

Make sure that no other ra-
dio-controlled systems are
turned on at the same time
as the hood and be sure to
activate the remote control
within the first 8 seconds of
the power being connected,
