Transport
• Depressurise compressed air cold dryer
and place in vertical position prior to trans-
porting

Conditions at the installa-
tion location
• Rooms: as dust-free as possible, dry, well
ventilated.

Before first use
1. Carry out a visual inspection.
2. Check the electrical connection.

Before each maintenance
task
1. Depressurise MAS.
2. Switch off the compressed air cold dryer
at the ON/OFF switch. Unplug the power
plug.
3. Remove the service cover (item 05).
4. Push the valve knob on the float diverter
down until compressed air escapes (Fig.
2a).

1. Remove housing.

• The mains voltage must match that speci-
fied on the rating plate.
• Electric protection according to technical
data.
• Observe VDE regulations 0100 and 0105.

Operation

9.1
Insert
1. Switch on the compressed air cold dryer
at the ON/OFF switch (item 03).
2. The compressed air cold dryer is ready to
operate after 10 min.
9.2
After use
Switch off the compressed air cold dryer at
the ON/OFF switch.
Tasks

2. Clean refrigerant condensator using a
brush.
3. Attach housing (item 04) and service
cover.
10.3
Clean float diverter
1. Remove housing.
2. Turn the condensate collection vessel an-
ticlockwise to remove (Fig. 2a).
3. Remove the condensate drain hose from
the condensate collection vessel.
4. Empty the condensate collection vessel
and clean.
5. Installation is in reverse order.
6. Attach service cover.
