If the mounting surface is greater than 1⅜", omit
the support.
Do not fully tighten the mounting nut at this time.
Check the orientation of the faucet. The spout
swivels 150° and should swivel evenly to the right
and to the left.
Pivot the faucet if necessary.
Tighten the mounting nut and the tensioning
screws.
